My name is Henrik Kristensen. I am an independant consultant working primarily with:

Analysis and troubleshooting
The combination of strong analytical skills, an eye for details and continous focus on the goal and the big big picture enables me to identify a problem’s root cause quickly and accurately. From there the solution is usually not far away.

My skills are strongest in hardcore IT. I am also good at facilitating a problem solving process.

Healthy projects
A characteristic of the healthy project is the welldefined business plan. Another is the competent project manager that maintains focus on the project goal and momentum as well as providing qualified coaching to the team members. I can lead the technically complex IT project.

I am a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and have experience in tailoring and implementing the method.

My background
I have an M.Sc. in computer science and have for the main part of my career worked for international companies like Sun Microsystems, Digital and ICL. I have worked 4 years in England.
